Wednesday, September 11, 2002 It's not easy being cheesy.
One doesn't look the way I do by sitting around being lazy. If you want to look like I do, you have to sit around being lazy and EAT food in copious quantities that would make farm-variety hogs wince. Today was a relatively light day and I know that I'll need to eat more to maintain my current proportions. I am up for the challenge.
Breakfast:
1 bowl Kashi Go Lean with soymilk
1/2 peanut butter, jelly, and banana sandwich on Orowheat Oatnut bread
grapefruit juice
Snack:
n/a
Lunch:
tuna salad sandwich on aforementioned bread with lettuce, tomato, and mustard
8 tortilla chips with dill dip
4 candy pumpkins
1 "fun-size" Butterfinger
I guess what I'm trying to say is that I neeed to come up with a more elegant way to record all of this.

Kashi GoLean with soymilk (1 bowl)
grapefruit juice (1/2 big plastic cup)
Snack:

Lunch:
Fantastic Big Bowl Hot & Sour
Cookies & Cream protein bar
1/8 bag of carrots
Snack:
Green Apple
Supper:
tortilla chips with creamy Italian dressing (not too many or too much)
1/2 Met-Rx shake (Berry Blast flavor)
Post-Workout:
Escondido Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1 glass)
Light, drinkable, somewhat spicy and tannic, not much fruit but very pleasant and drinkable overall. Rating: 3 (Good)
