Something I just have to get off my chest.   Tuesday, October 08, 2002   To the Fine Residents of San Francisco and the Bay Area I'll speak slowly and try to keep it simple, as I know that the inhabitants of the Bay Area are not unlike those of Rio Linda... 1. Communism is BAD for the environment. 2. Smiles are free. NOTHING else is free. Corollary: Thin air cannot be used as a raw material for anything except air. 3.
