Excellent

Both neck and back are well on their way to recovery, thus no further mention of either will be made. I am turning the page on this chapter, and the 'pages' will be symbolically shredded. Not shredded like my ripped up muscles, but shredded like, well, paper.

The (non-Proverbial) Pain in the Neck

The back pain is still present and is now accompanied by some annoying neck pain as well. What does this mean? Well it means I'll be reading the old body maintenance book with renewed interest and that some purchasing of the traditional remedies may be in order. What does this not mean? Back and neck pain will NOT keep me out of the gym. I will be forced to have words with anyone who suggests otherwise.
