Not shredded like my ripped up muscles, but shredded like, well, paper. 8:44 AM Tuesday, October 29, 2002   The (non-Proverbial) Pain in the Neck The back pain is still present and is now accompanied by some annoying neck pain as well. What does this mean? Well it means I'll be reading the old body maintenance book with renewed interest and that some purchasing of the traditional remedies may be in order. What does this not mean?
